Title: end of lease office clean

Dont suppose any body could help me please? I have just gone to look at a job which was bigger than I thought- 3 floors(16 stairs between) 3 or four fair size rooms  on each floor to wash down paint work and hoover. wash down and hoover the stairs. 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen area to clean . all well neglected. Has any one got a rough time they could supply me with I am thinking -two people 15 hrs each?  thanks for help in advance liz

Hi Liz

Sounds like about 25 to 30 man hours but as Martin says, difficult to say without square footage.

um .... not too good with that one--not sure they were average size offices some bigger than others. I have put a price in I am still waiting !!! guess I didn't get it!!! Thanks any way
