« on: June 07, 2015, 01:15:44 pm »
You can now clean windows in the dark.
Some times you have not got a choice, early morning or cleaning windows of a night.
This will allow you to clean windows at times it is quite also.

Bolt an umbrella on your pole and clean in the rain too.

Why would need an umbrella??
Don’t work in the rain.
Know some people do.
Same as some people find themselves they have to do certain jobs in a under lit areas.
Cleaning windows isn’t any different.
This is where it comes in handy.

I used to do a couple of commercial jobs that had to be done at night but they where well lit anyway so didn't need any
lighting at the windows.
Don't think my domestic customers would be happy if I turned up in the dark.

Put a pair of wellies on and clean whilst youre digging the spuds over.

Have you thought of patenting the idea?

Bolt a torch to your pole to illuminate your surroundings.

I know of a windy that cleans at around 4-30  5 o'clock in the winter,he thinks his customers don't care but I've heard otherwise. Some custies just haven't got the front to tell him but they don't like it

There are lot of places that want you not to clean while there open.
And found that then there are dimly lit so this is where you need this.

Or of course, do as Jolly Dave Digbright of Wealstone does. Tell them to shut up shop whilst you shammy the glass off and they can re-open for business once you've finished as there's no way you're wearing a baseball cap equipped with weapons embedded in it that terrorists use on the outskirts of Heathrow Airports periphery to try to bring down 747 jumbo jets. We're window cleaners not hooked clawed preachers from the Yemen ;)

I just don't believe someone thinks doing domestic in the night is viable.
It really is time to turn off all power in the UK for about 3 weeks in the winter. This will mean the weak and stupid will die while waiting for someone to sort things out, and the country can get back to moving forward, instead of having to spend time explaining basic social skills to people who find it all just a bit too hard to understand.

2am, and some geezer is lying in bed with his alarm set at 6.30 to get up for work. Outside, some mong has tipped up to clean the windows. Next doors dog goes ballistic, setting off a few others in the street. Can you see where this is going, or shall we start using match stick men drawings to help?
No still don't understand, I must be thick

Look no domestics are getting done in the dark.

I do commercial and work in the dark, your eyes adapt to it, or even better go put the lights on inside the building and it's the best way to clean windows.

Been doing work through the nights for years, and I know he man has some good ideas but this isn't one of them, if you really wanted to light up the area your working in you either go to b&m buy a torch or elastic that goes around ya head wen going walking through caves and put it around ya brush. Simple.

Or

Park a bit further back and whack ya full beam lights on......... Hey presto

Or

I was thinking or having 2 spot lights fitted to outside of roof rack that could run off battery, simple flick switch and it's like Blackpool lights.

Happy days
