is trying to gain employment with a reasonably established w/c company a good idea ? I don't know when or how often they recruit but round my area they seem to proliferate with their w/f poles and clean up (literally). Do they pay well and is it worth it simply to gain a foothold in the industry and learn the pole techniques ?
