London round for sale

Round for sale in Balham and Southfields, south west London. I've been doing it for 8 years now with a very good reputation. I'm emigrating, so any buyer would be able to keep my trading name if they want to. Over £3000 of work priced at £22-£25 per hour on a 4-6 week cycle. Nearly all domestic, ground and first floor, very compact.

Hey Andy, I'll be pretty much open to offers. When I bought it I paid £6000 for £1600 per month.

I would consider splitting it. It would split fairly easily with one piece around Southfields with about £800 to £1000 of work and the rest just over £2000. I would also be prepared to train someone with no previous experience. I plan to leave at the end of September and I'd like to work to as close to that date as I can. I'm also contemplating taking somebody on now and leaving them to service the round in my absence. That would obviously have to be somebody I already know pretty well.
