A lot of CIU members have contacted me recently regarding the annoying e mails they keep getting from Amir Patwa.

I have reported the problem to the Moderators and to the Forum Owners.

These e mails arrive in various guises but are mainly from the following addresses:

marblecleaning4u

The e mails are in general very badly written but often incorporate e mails from real people so that they appear more damaging.

The upshot is that they are in the main all generated from Amir and are usually sent early hours of the morning or very early mornings.  The main catalyst seems to be that Amir  was banned from this forum and two other tile forums and is now attempting to do as much damage as possible by going on about courses, training and ultimately Klindex.

I am happy to post examples of these e mails but they are in the main aimed at CIU Members with particular relevance to my company, Russell@TileDoctor and Terrazzoman.  The gist is always the same in that he offers free Klindex Training for grinding and stone renovation and that he is the World Leading Expert. He then goes on to state that others especially us, Tile Doctor and NuLife charge for these courses.  He is particularly annoyed with us because we sell Klindex as well.  I have helped dozens of ex customers of Amir and he is even more annoyed with this.

I am currently seeking legal advice from Internet Lawyers and HMRC regarding Amir.  If anyone would like to see copies of these e mails I am more than happy to post some on here or e mail you copies on request.

To set the record straight all Klindex Courses are free both with me and with Klindex in Italy.  I will however be totally honest in that the courses are aimed at selling you the customer Klindex Equipment.  We as a company are prepared to offer these courses provided the delegate has sufficient knowledge to realise what they are letting themselves in for and what is entailed regarding the financial investment involved.  This is why we ultimately advocate a Hard Floor Training Course in the first instance so that you are at least aware of what can be involved.  Unlike Amir it is my belief that "Education must come before any sale" in fact I have actually persuaded two potential Klindex customers to go away and get some hard floor cleaning experience before jumping in with both feet into the World of Grinding.  I may end up losing those two sales but if they do decide to go ahead at least their decision will be a bit more informed.

In the main they are from Amir!  It is not him being referred to it is him referring to others and believe me some of them are potentially very damaging.  I will send you one about a CIU Member so you can make your own decision!

This other email business is quite nasty indeed having seen the example you have sent.

He was banned from the forum for obvious reasons, he seems to hold a grudge against everyone in the business!!

at 2.30 this morning .the contents were that i will get cancer in a funny place
odd as i am reciving treatment for cancer.......this e-mail was also sent to kevin of marblelife..................if any one still does any form of purchasing from this man please be carefull he is clearly a very sick person......sorry for the rant but you should all know what this person is like
