New to hard floors, training soon, ID please??

It depends on your photography and the light conditions but it looks like a Limestone! Is it predominantly white in colour or more of a yellowish straw?

I thought that at first and then zoomed in and there appears to be far too many striations for a normal applestone and the grout appears to be brown! However it still could be if the light or photography is bad. That's why I asked what the predominant colour was

We used to bring in a Spanish Limestone, similar in appearance to Applestone, but a much denser stone. Either way, I assume, as they are both Limestones, the method for cleaning them would be the same?

I think you are probably right! It is just that I am Ultra Careful. I have been bitten up the art$e a few times
and I try not to make the same mistakes twice. If you look at the second picture in the bottom left hand corner and then zoom in It could be porcelain although the overall uneven appearance points to Limestone. I suppose I am just over cautious.
