What has happened to Cleaner Planner
« on: May 28, 2019, 11:26:55 am »
Had an invoice for the year this morning of £539.00. That' s nearly double for what I paid last year.

I didn't realise it had gone up so much and without warning.

I'm more peed off with them then about the money.

Have many made a switch?

that's the team plan with 5 users, however if you pay for 12 months up front you do get a discount,

Yes CP has been sold and is now based in Silicone Valley like most tech companies

It was £25.00 per month before , now £49.00 and they are now based in the US. Strange.

The problem with these kinds of software is they can see exactly how much your business is turning over on a daily basis , then they assess what’s the best price they could get and they price accordingly!

This is why these cloud based software suck.  They have full control over your business.   Charge whatever they like.  Turn it off when ever they like.

Can't wait for a new non cloud base system gets born.  Happy to pay hundreds up front as a one of payment for software.

Aworka, £100 if you pay for the year in one go or £10 per month if you prefer.

I don't think you will be paying £15 per month for long. Check this out:

Phoned squeegee, they work out more expensive than that.

Here you go Daz, a message from CP.

'4. Every customer who has signed up for a new account has had a new pricing plan. June 1st is our annual accounting year so we reached out to annual customers first. Old monthly customers will be on it soon too. We can't offer them incentives like free months we do to annual customers, so we are more mindful of doing this.'

its been neglected for quite a while IMHO

its far from perfect, although it was the best for me when it came out

if they re charging higher rates for it lets hope they make it worthwhile by improving it
