All of the work is done on WFP except for 2 houses that have inside windows cleaned if they're in. Majority of customers pay on the day or via BACS. 7 are set up to pay via GoCardless. There are a couple that pay after 2 or 3 cleans, but these are customers we've had for about 15 years so there's no doubt they'll pay.
We text 1 customer out of them all. The work is split so half of the 6 weekers are done one time and the other half next time so it equals approx. a £300/315 day every 3 weeks. It takes one person from 7:30 - 3:00.
