Cheers Craig, was looking for something a little closer.  Don't get me wrong, the round sounds ideal, just the 2 1/2 hr commuting's a bit of a put off.

have a bit around the area your looking for send me a text and i will call you back when i can, not sold commercial work before what is the normal going rate have about 500 all about 40 -65 per hour
