Great Aquadapter customer service
« on: December 03, 2012, 04:52:42 pm »
I bought an AD about 9 months ago, the spring in the side compartment broke last week.
After returning it they kindly  said they would give me a brand new one.
Can't say fairer than that can you?
Cheers Aquadapter.
PS i have missed it like hell this last week.

I have always had excellent customer service with aquadapter  :)

Wouldn't be without one brilliant bits of kit.

Got my adpter april started playing up a couple of weeks ago, sent back and they did turn it around next day, got a replacement different colour.

Not overly happy as replacement bit scuffed up and not as good condition as one i sent back (looks wise)
let it go as said turned around so quickly.

But had replacement 2 weeks ish and spring snapped today :'(

Not really that impreesed with aquadapters longevity.

Good idea but got a bad feeling it's more trouble than it's worth, might just fit a tap by Y piece to turn off and when pole is extended pinch hose :-\

Hi Lee,

Sorry to hear you've had a problem today.  We work hard to make a quality product.  Springs are easily replaced, we can send one to you tomorrow if you email in.  Spares are also available on the website.

Hi Paul, i have a spare spring and replaced.

I think it's a great invention adptr but like a lot of wfp equipment prone to going wrong and it seems like you need 2 of everything ;D

Must admit your spares are not expensive so there is no reason not to have em.
Must remember to keep em on the van.
