How much more confirmation do you need?
You're all sat there, in your work boots, chewing your nails, watching Loose Women and waiting for them to tell you 'n' all.
Self doubting snowflakes.
Believe in yourselves, you are 'exceptions' (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1585613979_grin[1].gif)

"Mantain a two -meter distance" all I need now is two meters and I'm ready to go! Wonder if I should use Gas or Electric or maybe Water >:(

That's called a Toshian slip.

Yay !!! Post of the year................... How dense do you have to be to ignore the advice to stay home and save lives, ignore the well known fact that this is a highly contageous disease/virus and its invisible then justify yourself by finding a "get out clause" in the Metro newspaper so you can go out and about into he Community which is what we're being asked not to do. And then, think you're smart.
(Probably should be a question mark in that for exact punctuation, but its not really a question as i already know the answer)

Took last week off.. back to work this week.. no losses.. 1 had cleaned her windows but I still cleaned the front and charged her.. some even asked for backs done..
Just go to work if you need to and stay a good distance away from people.. that's what we normally do anyway.

It's not a get out clause, it's merely further confirmation.
The get out clause is there on the gov website clear for all to see.
It's a shame the gov let so much false information spread last week be using words such as essential and necessary which meant half of the population interpreted it wrong.
At least they have corrected it now and the correct info is hitting the media.

CleanClear..........
I’m not one to gloat...... but it is funny that your arguments and all of the arguments of the “shame brigade” who have been pressuring others to stay at home are now crumbling.
Also guys....... were not gonna get this 80% grant. I can see it coming a mile off.
If you can’t afford to have 6 months off work, then go to work, but work safely. Practice social distancing, and then come home at night and isolate yourselves.
We can’t do anymore that that.
-
Johnny,
Have you got this weeks lottery numbers please?

Hey, i'm agreeing with you. There's plenty of people who cannot afford to stay off, i wouldn't expect anyone to sit at home and starve or run out of bills money. Thats a dilema in itself. People who do have savings however and gloating get out to work its great whats wrong with ya's.... is a different thing though.
....
Anyway as the daily briefings change, i reckon it'll be the Downing street cat giving the briefing in a few days ordering a stricter lockdown. ;D

Johnny,
Have you got this weeks lottery numbers please?
4 foot 6.
If you win you’ve got to share the winnings though. Thanks.
-
Yep I have savings(that have took 10 years to build up by the way).....I'd be crazy to live off them if i can still go to work and earn......also my missus, stepson and stepdaughter have lost their incomes overnight....I'm the only one still earning.....they will need my financial help if this goes on for months....
If we ever do go on a stricter lockdown and I cant work then I'll live off savings then.....
No point downing tools too early.......

I would take more notice of the cat then most on here with their predictions. We're only a few posts in on the day and were now being told there will be no financial help now.

I had quite a nice little photography 'basket'; I did all the photography for two running event companies, was just about to start with a third, and did some 'one off' races for some others. I was just about fully booked (I don't want more than two races a month since they fall at a weekend).
All races cancelled for the near future at least. ;D

You better hurry up you lot coz now it’s in black and white they’ll all be out nicking your work.

don't work stay indoors. No more going out for Food. Passing people 1ft away in isles. stay indoors for how long. Waiting for June to come to see if you will get a Grant of HMRC, if they contact you. You cannot contact them.
Im for staying at home but favouring going back to work P/T 9 / 12 am keeping it early before people start waking and looking out of there windows. Getting there Jealous Head on to have a go at us. Because they are not allowed to work.
On some housing residents Fb pages they are advertising there Gardening Services saying no contact needed, Pay online or leave out for them. Lots are answering them to get Lawns etc maintained. If they want your Service they are Great about it
Its the ones you do not Clean who are commenting about us.
As said SAVINGS take years to build up. Spend now or for when you reach age to Slow down.
We have no Contact. This is the main criteria of our work , Allowing us. That's how I see it
As ive mentioned Taxi Drivers . Biggest Spreader of any Infection. They will not clean there car out. Maybe drivers area only
How can we Spread this Virus if working. Please don't say gate handles . open with scrim . close with scrim or cloth. The Postman will spread more as he goes to 1000s of houses , opening gates
Please tell us.
Anyone walking , stop stand clear.
Im going to sort some secluded areas out maybe give it a go

Its the ones you do not Clean who are commenting about us.
In my own facebook feed, the only comment I've seen about non-essential key workers working (it was builders he was referring to) was from a guy I shared a room with in the army.
He's currently living in a hostel and on benefits with an alcohol problem.
And he was never the sharpest tool in the box.
The ones commenting on social media probably fit much of that description.

The Govt didn’t let false mis-information spread last week. The Govt cant control people from making up lies, mis-representing the truth, twisting reality and spreading of fake news. If you want to avoid that the best thing to do will be to avoid social media.

Coppers are never traditionally known for their intelligence.
Just educate them.
But to be honest, it's rare you see a copper, apart from the three I saw last week in Tesco's garage area, all stood together ignoring the 2 metre distancing rules.

The way I see it: basically the country shouldn’t move, we’ve got to try and stop the spread. We can work if we choose, I choose not to for now.
We can kiss good bye to our summer holidays, easter holiday, spring bank holiday. So not only are we saving on spending out for five star holidays this year we are also being given a little bonus too.
For me I’m having my break early, getting some bike rides in, relaxing, taking my holiday now seeing how it all pans out and having a laugh at some of the dipsticks that frequent this forum.

I'm waiting for Bojo to personally knock on all my customers doors and tell them it's OK for Nick to clean your windows, just to be on the safe side.

Why don't you let the Scientific Advisory for Emergencies group know your thoughts? Also let the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Scientific Officer know.
They're the ones driving government policy based on years of study and research.
I'm sure they could do with a laugh. ;D

Is there a yawn emoticon.
I don’t think that’s letting mis-information be spread. Perhaps if they hadn’t changed it, but they did. People’s attitude in expecting perfection is remarkable.

I have some savings but b******s to sitting around for 6 months watching it all dwindle away if I can do anything about it I.e go to work. Been trying to save for a mortgage. Not too bad if you've been promised gov help, but as of now for me doesn't look like I'll be getting naff all.

Who's crumbling here?
I'd love to play poker with some of you lot!
You're making up excuses to go to work. Just go to work.
