A sebo is more portable than a rotary.

A rotary is more versatile than a sebo.

And will probably last longer. It depends what work you usually do.
I use a CRB as I do mostly domestic now and it gets in the corners better and is easier to steer, less likely to bash furniture or skirtings.
Used a rotary on pad cleaning for commercial.

Depends what you need most - a commercial agitator or a domestic one. Personally I would go for either a CRB or an Oreck orbiter for domestic and a simple rotary for commercial.

There isnt one for all really, so I would consider getting both (domestic & commercial) as soon as you can.

Cheers

I use an envirodri on most domestics, a rotary (usually with a grey xr pad) on commercials and a good old grandi grooming brush on small area domestics.

I did try a poly brush with a rotary on domestics when I first started but found it too agressive.
