Title: I've shrunk carpets

After 25 years in the job I've shrunk my first carpet and not just one it's the full house, will my public liability insurance cover this does anyone know, this happened Thursday and Axa closed for Easter so long restless weekend with an unhappy customer keep checking on what's happening

What kind of carpets are they?

About an inch all sides and jute carpets and seen these should not be cleaned but in 25 years in job not something I've seen, so big mistake, just hope insurance covers it

Usually after 3 or 4 days they relax and someone with a power stretch can put them on the gripper
