Hi

Yeah I know ;)

I even managed to get rid of that brown stuff in the basin, but those marks you see on the drainer are pitted marks, so I have advised them to replace, fridge is also to be replaced.

Hi Len

Hope you're well?

They didn't want the carpet cleaning, shame as my 'shake & vac' would bring it up a treat.  ;)

There was a bit of black top by the sink. I will offer my services for the carpet of course, can't let my reputation as the 'Carpet Jesus' go unchallenged  ::)

I have a feeling they will want me to go back for a sparkle clean as it is going to be redecorated, and we all know that contractors will make a right mess.

I love these jobs, would do them every day. Was shattered afterwards though.

Hey Karl

Honestly, I am very quiet at the moment, I clean for 5 LA's in town but the work seems to have dried up, very odd.

Glad you are busy though, must be working for the wrong LA's  :)

Hi

there are one or two operating, it's just getting the word out. the councils are covered by the 'big companies' who do it as part of their maintenance contract.

Will just keep pushing.

Of course if I can offer you or any of your guys any advice or help in that area, please ask away.

Hi Len
We do void cleaning for a couple of housing associations. Are you not interested in the cleaning side?

Hi Karl

Not really! Got out of the cleaning side a few years ago staff totally unreliable, however the companies I deal with have ask if I would like to take it on, waiting for the paperwork on spec/prices and guaranties? so I may change my mind.
