Hi stracey, It leaked from the bottom of the unit, I filled it up at night, by the morning the floor in the dinning room was soaked!
In all fairness the girl I spoke with at WCW was very helpful and sent me a replacement which arrived today but its broken there's a hole in the tank where the outlet nozzle has snapped off.
It doesn't have speed settings on it but has a flow control nob. The water comes out quite fast even on the slowest setting or at least it seemed fast to me!
Like I said hopefully it will be third time lucky.
