Reason for sale: We have reduced the size of our team and are concentrating on closer work.
1. 3 storey, £19 per clean, BACS, Cleaned since 16/5/2011, (Cleaning time - 20 mins)
2. 2 storey, £19 per clean, Cheque within 7 days, Cleaned since 6/9/2011 (Cleaning time -15 mins)
3. 3 Storey*, £32 per clean, Cheque at time of clean or BACS, Cleaned since 19/7/2011
4. 2 Storey*, £28 per clean, Cheque at time of clean, Cleaned since 19/7/2011
*Properties 3 & 4 are next door to each other (Cleaning time - 50 mins combined).
Cleaning times are based on a two person team and even having time to drink tea at property 4!
All properties are in the same road.
How the properties are serviced:-
Customers receive a text or phone call the night before (prevents locked gates etc.)
All properties are cleaned by WFP (including frames and sills).
Our invoice terms for our customers are 7 days from date of invoice.
BACS payments are received within the 7 day period.
We leave an addressed envelope (no stamp) for cheque payments, again received within 7 days.
There is no out of hours collecting required.
Currently cleaned on a 6 weekly basis – Next clean due on/around 18th October 2012.
Best offer received by noon Monday 1st October will be accepted, subject to a 50% deposit payable by Thursday 4th October. Balance payable on handover/visit/ 1st clean.
Letters will be provided to customers and introductions where possible (two customers we rarely see, due to their work commitments).
