Round 2 - 33 Dorma bungalows cleaned fortnightly. 7 of the properties are monthly cleans. Prices range from £3.50-£4 fronts to £7-£9 all round. Monthly prices are £7-£10. Makes £379.50pcm Asking price £2,700
Both rounds are well maintained and up to date. Customers pay on the day in cash with little collection. All customers are conditioned for cleans in all weathers. Currently cleaned using traditional methods but easily adaptable to WFP as all windows, doors and frames have been cleaned.
