Title: SOLD: Work for sale

Hi I'm going to be selling off all my underpriced and uncompact work very soon. It's all established work not the greatest by all means but would defo suit a new starter or someone who has work already in the areas.
prices are still good averaging £10 a house so not selling a load of crap. areas are  New ash green £230, dartford £220, sidcup £125 and belvedere(lower)£300 of work selling for 4 clean value.
