Waterless cleaning

Not been on here for a while.
I`m after some help on a job I have to quote, It`s going to be a freezer.
They want the walls and ceiling cleaning of all dust, but without water.
It`s 6.5mtr high and 60mtr long.
Has anyone done anything similar.
