these pads are general purpose usually for hard floors  http://www.floorpadsonline.com/
although you can use the white pads for agitation. 5 of same colour /box

these pads are for carpet, a bit expensive in my view  http://www.alltec-direct.co.uk/charly-superpad-43cm-p-291.html
i have a pair of these

more for carpet cleaning  http://www.worldofclean.co.uk/index.php?categoryID=148
i have the white microfibre pair, they say the grey pad is good for aggitation

an affordable pad system here does great job http://www.restormate.co.uk/epages/15094.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/15094/Products/RotaryPack.

Lots to look at and get your head around.
oh then there are the different chemicals  ;)

ryan: we started in September 09 as before that as the couple of months work we did before that was very minimal, September was when it became a proper cleaning business in my mind.

re oven cleaning: we sub this work to an oven cleaning company we clean for so i couldn't tell you what chemicals to use sorry.

Ive been subbing out oven cleaning for a long time, from what I have seen its just fairy or own brand washing up liquid a razor blade scraper, a green abrasive pad, a screw driver, some hot water and a bit or alot of scrubbing.

sounds about right, plus a dip tank for the oven trays and shevles
