I am going to be buying two of the new Grippatank geared hose reels when they are released in November so will have the two petal style modified hose reels for sale that I am currently using. They have been fabricated by a local engineering company to fit in the back of the van and be used in conjunction with floor mounted roller guides, they are held in place with brackets which are quick release and can be removed in seconds. They are very sturdy and work extremely well as van mounted hose reels.
The reason I am changing them is due to the Grippa reels taking up less space and the main reason being they have a gear for winding hose back on.
The reels are just over a month old can include 100 metres of hose on each along with floor brackets. I am happy to give a demonstration to anyone local enough to see how they work for either houses or commercial jobs.
They will be available in November and you would need to collect from Bristol or meet within a reasonable traveling distance.
