Hi guys and girls hope your all well and busy!
Question regarding urine, drink spills etc.
When would you think to saturate the spots and extract with water claw? Usually my pre spray gets rid of marks such as spilt tea coffee etc and usually I just spray urine topically whilst I set up and then my usually pre spray over the top and extract.
Why and when would or should I use a water claw and saturate the carpet. For urine at the minute I use craftex urine neutraliser but just spray this heavy topically.
Thanks

Urine only really. but its risky because of hessian backings. carpets as you know dry bottom up so if your product has a high ph you can release the colour from some hessian. Jeff has some great videos on this subject. notice the backing on his videos.
Regarding drinks wet spillages yes, not for removal or restoration. (Treatments)

Often Urine from either a human or large dog can permeate the underlay and the floor below. Saturating with an Acidic product can help alleviate any browning issues.
