Morning guys.

We have 1 days work for sale in Rainworth, Nottinghamshire.

The work is now being done wfp, but we have previously been doing it trad, so it can be done either way. Well established round on a good estate ( not council ) with good payers.

16 houses total.

11 x monthly houses totalling £116

5 x every other month houses totalling £41, or £20.50 per month as an average.

Totsl monthly income is £137.

House prices are 4 x £12, 4 x £10, 7 x £8, 1 x £5 (tiny bungalow).

We want 3 cleans for this work which is £411, but we'll knock off the £11 , so we're looking for £400.

We will only accept full payment for this work and do not do installments.

This work is due now so theres money to be earnt straight away.

Hi Steve

Im Julians business partner. The work is actually due now! Infact its a little late. So technically if you pay for the work then clean it the day after in effect its actually cost you less than the full £400  ;)
