vertigo [fear of heights]

long time ago had a bad experience on the helter skelter

at scothall feast, since then i suffer from vetigo and

sometimes get nose bleeds when up a ladder, tried built

up heels on my shoes which helps with the downstairs,

anybody else over come this fear as im desparate.
