The PPM reading after the RO unit (brand new) is around 30. After DI unit it's 10PPM.
I'm thinking it's time to change DI resins. But how much do I need for that? (Please see photo attached)

Allowing for the fact it’s coned at the top, 6.5litres give or take.

A reading of 30 on a brand new RO is very poor, it should be a lot lower than that.

It depends what the tap TDS is also takes a while before a new ro works as efficiently as it should

It's an 11 litre vessel. The instructions say to fill to the line. So it will be less than 11 litres is my guess. :D :
