First off, I would go on a three month body building course  ;D

And then acquire some solvent based stripper to which I'm sure some good advice will follow.

Well I have to admit defeat.  I have never stripped teak oil from a terracotta floor.  I have stripped loads of terracotta floors with Linseed oil used as a sealer (old school way of sealing terracotta) prio to the advent of enhancing sealers such as Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal and now Miracle 511 Enhance & Seal.

Your issue here is not however going to be the removal it is going to be what they want doing to it afterwards.

Tell me what they want and I will try and offer you the best solution.

Miracle Mira strip will strip it then use HDT&Grout coupled with Honing Powder a Mono Rotary and a soft to Medium Brush but use Hot water as well.  It will then look really good.  However your problems will start when you try to reseal it with Miracle 511 Seal & Enhance.  The issue will be that it is unlikely you will get all the oil out because the Terracotta is so porous that the oil will have gone deep so when you use the Seal & Enhance it will not be able to penetrate deeply where the oil is still present and therefore may give the floor an uneven appearance.  It is always a risk.  You can alleviate this by doing a test prior to applying any new sealer.  Call me on Monday and I will explain the test to you.

If you want to give me a call tomorrow, I can explain how and what we use on decking to strip wood, never had to strip that many coats of oil I have to admit, but might have a couple of ideas that would help along with Kevin's.

With that amount of oil I wouldnt be trying to change them onto a water based enhancer or even a solvent impregnator for that matter.

I would intensive clean and re-oil/wax it.
