night club oak floor
« on: July 01, 2013, 10:42:02 pm »
I was cleaning the carpets of a nightclub that I do every 6 months today,
every time I go the manager asked me if I can do anything with the dance floor, as it
is always a right state.
When I finished today, I said I see you still havnt done anything with the dance floor,
he looked at me and said it was new 3 months ago.

So again he has asked me if I can do anything with it, seemingly the company that fitted it said it was sealed before they fitted it and left them some cleaner to use.
Pictures are on my facebook page if anyone has any idea what I could do with it
Page is Andrew Briscoe Cleaning Penrith

Thanks in advance

Andrew

It's a UV cure oiled floor. Have they been using the maintenance cleaner on it or just mopping with hard surface cleaner, pine gel or any other old crap?

You can give this a clean back with the refresher and your rotary. My preference would be a red pad then give it a buff afterwards maybe with a plain carpet bonnet.

Jamie, there is a picture of the cleaning product on my facebook to Jamie,
they said it was expensive stuff, german chem I think.

was thinking using some Osmo wash and care with my roto wash, then see what it looks like after a buff

Yeah wash and care or Bona Soap is what I would use. Rotowash will be good for this. If its really heavy soiled rotary and wet vac.
