Title: Selling small part of my round in SE London near Charlton

Hi,I’m selling a small part of my round in the Shooters Hill area of SE London.My round is expanding elsewhere and it’s getting a pain to do.It comprises of 18 customers and earns £122 per month.17 of the customers are in one road and all but one in this road are in groups of 2,3 and 4.Its mainly just fronts,3 are front and back.Lots of them have never had their price increased in the whole time I’ve done them which is 10 years.Also never leafletted or canvassed so great potential for growth.All done wfp and takes me a morning,although I work pretty leisurely.Would make an excellent add on for anybody working near there.

I thought I'd sold this but the buyer pulled out so its still up for grabs.
