newbie here again with an update, bought from solutions.. great service, good advice, ultra quick delivery, works for me!!!!  also bought from cleansmart, great advice, friendly service and very local, which is good for me. lots of advice on the solutions forum which is great for a newcomer, so i guess if my new venture takes off i will be sticking very much with these two......

Only ever used four suppliers Cleansmart have never let me down and maintain my machine, i have also brought stuff from Restoremate who are excellent, Solutions UK who are great too, only had problems from Altec who charged me for delivering every single item i ordered in one order, sending it to me over a three week period the deliver came to 5x s the cost of the items  >:( and Ashbys who i would need to write a dozen paragraphs to describe my bad experience  :o

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Alltec in the past James. You may be aware that we are under new management now? We certainly would not make excessive delivery charges, in fact we have greatly reduced our carriage charges and send out everything 24Hr Fed-Ex or first class post. If you'd like to give us a call we'd be happy to offer you some free samples by way of a goodwill gesture. Regards, Chris Thomas.
