Title: can you recommend a good book?

Hi
Is any one able to recommend a good book which covers all  (or most of!) I would need to know about setting up a domestic cleaning company?  I am not wanting to purchase information from an 'agent'. 

One thing I am particularly interested in are whether there are any industry standards for domestic cleaning. Any help would be much appreciated.
