Been a windy for nearly 3 years, looking to sell up now as I'm having a career change, hoping to pass all work over before start of September.
I have a total customer value of £2270 all done traditionally over 5 & 10 weeks.
Works out:
£1250 5 weekly
£770 10 weekly
£245 6 monthly
My work is mostly domestic with good paying decent customers, many pay online to save with time for collecting, i have several contracts with residential building and shops etc. The round is in a position where you can use it as a viable business as a start up or it could fit nicely into your current round if your working in similar areas.
Always getting new customers with extra work from quarterly and 6 monthly conservatory/gutter cleans to fencing and painting if you feel like it.
I live in Rugby, with most of the work being here, and in Leamington Spa, Warwick and surrounding villages.
I also have magnetic signs and around two thousand flyers assigned to my mobile number, would be happy to transfer my number to buyer if this was something of interest. Tools are not included in the sale, was hoping to save some memories of being a windy plus i can clean my own windows still then
But if the buyer wanted to arrange a deal then we can look into this.
I have not added an asking price, this annoys me to, but i wanted to get some feedback at the same time to see what my round is really worth, as I'm unsure whats reasonable, some say 2x the value, others say 6x ...
