The company that currently give us these are a grown company and are offering us new contracts all the time,
They have just asked us to put the quote in for the builders clean of a building they are finishing in telford - worth around £7000 - £9000 with a £3000 profit
They have also asked us if we will take on more portercabins on another site located in the tel ford area,
included in this will be quotes for other jobs,
Void property cleaning in Solihull which will have to be submitted by 12 December 2012
and a 51 housing project in London for a full builders and sparkle clean

Window cleaning to a block of apartments in Worcester - £380 a month takes one day with two people next due on the 12th December 2012
Restaurant in Worcester £10 takes 20 mins using traditional
Office Window cleaning - Quartley £45
We had many other contracts in place but as i was starting up a new business i sold many of the contracts off - In total we had 4 Apartment blocks totaling £1520 a month taking 4 days to clean, Also many builders cleans with construction companies such as Thomas vale, kier and vinci construction.
The business alone is making £14520 a year now, after selling the other contracts off.
