Hi Trevor

Please add me too, I have sent you an email.

I'm in the market for some new equipment, and it would be nice to meet some old faces and some new ones too.

Cheers

Doug

Hi Chaps

Been negotiating prices for a group booking on hotels close to the event and have come up with two that sound promising both at the same rate of £55.00 including breakfast (usual price £71.00 & £75.00)

One is a hotel but is further away the other is a village pub/hotel very close to the event.

The hotel is in a very interesting position directly opposite the 'Pink Punters' gay, lesbian, transgender bar and night club  ;D

The other in a more sedate village setting (I know the owners, very nice with decent beer and a great restaurant and before you ask no I am not getting any commission  ::) ) It has 16 rooms some are doubles that will be at the same price so if some want to share and cut costs that will be fine.It would be great if we could take up all 16.

If this is the preferred choice (and if its not I and others would want to know why you chose the other  :o ) I will need at least ten bookings to get the deal (on both)  so I need to know how many intend staying over asap.

Remember you can e-mail me on: woburnis@aol.com

Do you know I was thinking exactly the same thing when I posted it.

To be honest I would much prefer the village Hotel, but I just know Clive & Dave will opt for the other one.

OK,

10 rooms are pre booked already  :o I will post details later, on how to make contact with the hotel, reference to give for discount etc for all those that have requested a room so far.

For those of you that have not expressed an interest please do so asap as only 6 rooms remain.
