Im based in Middlesbrough and would like to buy a round in this area

I dont want a big round just a small one.... willing to spend £200-300 only

Serious inquiries to Rosedale Ward, St Lukes Hospital, Middlesbrough, because at £200 -£300 purchase price , this is the only place to reply, for those who know this establishment in Middlesbrough, for those who dont know, its a Mental Health institution

Rob am not willing to pay more.... then 300 quid for a round.... i am looking at aroun 100 pounds worth of work for 300 pound which isnt to bad.
