Thomas Sanderson Conservatory "Valet"
« on: May 28, 2015, 08:34:01 pm »
Whilst working a woman came over after seeing my van advertising conservatory cleaning.

She had a company clean her conservatory in and out, and she wasn't happy with the finish and asked if i could give my opinion.

The glass roof panels all had scratches on them, the cills were only half cleaned with scratches everywhere. A real dull finish was left like they had used a brillo pad on it.

They had Thomas Sanderson do it and they charged £1000!!!

They stopped the cheque and the MD is coming down to see the problem. I wrote a list of what i could see wasn't done.

I couldn't believe how they had left it and how they could justify charging £1000.

I felt quite good after seeing it as my level of cleaning leaves them in the shade.

I got a full house UPVC clean out of it as thanks, and regular windows.
