cement on pvc

had a new property to clean today,the white pvc is covered in cement and paint from the house being re rendered,does any one no the best way to remove it,i tryed pvc solvent that the window fitters use but hasn't move it?

a bit of brick acid (pation cleaner from B&Q), watered down if you like, will do the job.

will brilo pad an brick acid damage the upvc,like take off top layer an make it dull.

diluted brick acid will not damage upvc, a brillo pad could.

we do them all the time,

3m scotchbrite 2000 pads NON scratch.

bucket loads of water

neutral detergent

elbow grease

works everytime
