Oh dear Gary, you have a lot of high bids from punters with no feedback.
Hope it all works out well for you.

Hi Joe, We did notice that, I thought I had a feature on that cancelled peoples bids if they have less than 5 feedback but it doesnt seem to have worked :-[, One of the bidders has made contact so were happy with one of them but hopefully someone with more feedback will get the winning bid :-\

Have been bitten by ebay twice in the past so hopefully all will end well this time :-\

I spoke to Gary earlier in the week and he was hoping for around the £16K mark, it's gone for £14,100 which is quite a good price for what's on offer, not quite a bargain but still a good deal for whoever won it.

If I hadn't just invested in new premises I'd have been tempted to put in a bid, though I'm sure Sue (my better half) would have killed me!!  Though the van itself has got to be worth over £10K.

Nice talking to you Ian, It did indeed sell for £14,100, Not quite as much as we were hoping for but still happy enough, Its gone to a nice guy too so that make it all the better ;), Im sure he'll post up sooner or later ;D

Hi 'nice guy' here !!
Yes, I am the lucky purchaser of this great van/truckmount combo, which has been kept in amazing condition by its owners.  I saw the setup last saturday and spent a good hour with John (Garys dad).  He's a great guy and very genuine.
I'm just sorting out my finances / insurance etc and hope to pick the van this sunday.  I'm really looking forward to Not having to fill up the old porty all the time.  John had offered to give me some training, so I'm really looking forward to this new phase in my business.
Will let you all know how I get on.
Cheers,
Pete

Congrats on your purchase - nice setup.

and yes, not having to do bucket work is great.

Hope you got lots of work for it, or at least practical ideas how to generate work and make it all pay.
