I've got a £65, £40 and a £48 all next to each other, they were all part of a country estate and it takes me 3hrs start to finish plus I usually get £60 for the £48 house.

Just in case anyone thinks roy is telling porkies....he isn't!
I have seen his work lists, he has mostly residential and has some fantastic accounts, and all really well priced too.
Thats one guy who has really got it sorted just right.

Most expensive house - £270.00
Quickest Earner - £95 (20 mins WFP)
Biggest half day - £425 (Saxon Fields)
Biggest Day - £1100 (Burghclere Down)

Biggest dissapointment - I clean a now Premiership Football team's Chief Executive's house or should I say mansion and he battered me on the price. £45 should be at least £70. Hoping to get the Club and an intro to the players houses so ya never no????

Two £50 houses and my/our biggest day is anything over £200; but usually not much more than that.

Wor Lass only works part time now; from 9.30 am till 2.00 pm and normally has a Monday off to recover from her weekend running training; and there's not much I can do about that.  She threatens me with extra housework.

My biggest account is £120; a small leaded hotel; but takes under two-hours for one person with a WFP to do.  Doing the inside is a different matter though.

We've started from scratch three years ago, so I reckon that's pretty good going.
