HTC one died on me lal after 10 months!!i must admit the note 3 is MUCH BETTER IMO and larger screen. ;)

HTC pack in all the time, but a good phone when working.
Samsung Note is a fantastic phone, but large. Probably the best. Any S5, Alpha
Sony xperia is water proof. Great phone, any faults is a pain though.
QVC do a cheap duel sim if on a budget
