Evening all,

I have been awarded the emergenacy and one off cleans for a popular mobile phone company all over the UK , so my question is who would be interested in dealing with my orders in your area? I would recomend that smaller compaines come forward due to the rates available.

Having done this type of work, I'm surprised at the lack of information given, as specifiers normally have pretty strict requirements in terms of ; -

method of cleaning to be used
type of product to be used
access times
frequency of cleans ( I know you mentioned emergency and one offs )

The work we have been involved in has always been carpet and hard floor cleaning / maintenance, the biggest problem being chewing gum removal, which is not a problem to do, but the time available / payment, meant the gum removal was never completed.

The entire U K only needs about 6 - 10 operators to cover 200 or so outlets.

If someone is seriously prepared to work for £8.50 per hour, give them the entire country.......................I'm presuming this to be the usual carpet / hard floor cleaning, from which most carpet cleaners would be looking for £35 - £50 per hour, although we tend to price per job, particularly with this kind of work which can entail round trips of 80 plus miles to do just one job.
