I have to clean a bad smelling office with a wool berber carpet. The carpet is more than 15 years old and smells horrible after cigarette smoke. Do you have any experience with Dynamall on wool? And what do you think about the built in odour neutraliser? Do you think it can handle the cigarette smoke odour?
Thanks for every advice.

I'd use odor kill plus works as a encap as well as a deodoriser .
I like dynamall but odor kill takes some beating as a deodoriser .
Think you will find that smoke has penatrated everything and may need ozone
