Hi all
I have a school cleaning contract that has a new building opening in a few weeks 14 classrooms and science labs over two floors all with polished concrete floors inc staircases,
Whats the best way to keep these looking clean, they will have very heavy foot traffic,
Apart from a neutral detergent is there anything you can add to the mop bucket to help keep the shine ?
Also would these need buffing with a fast machine and a pad?
any advice would me much appreciated
Cheers

A lot depends on the current finish, then how and what it was densified with. Then what If anything it was sealed with?
Normally a PSRP Pink pH Neutral Cleaner for daily maintenance, with an occasional application of stone soap would suffice. Then a Stage 3 or 4 Elica Pad if you get any stubborn marks.
However, all this is dependant on as above, how it was finished in the first place! Is the finish, Cream, Salt & Pepper or Full Exposure?

Hi
Thanks for the help i have asked and been told the floor has a intensifying impregnator / sealer applied, but they are not sure what they just look like a smooth concrete slab

Then my advice above stands. You probably need some Elica Pads and some stone soap
