25 litre drums

Hi guys
I’m in desperate need of some 25 litre drums or anything else that can store water, my van is in the garage Monday and Tuesday so will be using my back pack but only have 2 containers, where can I buy something that’s not online any ideas?

Gumtree? Friday ads? a tropical fish keeper on Gumtree sold me 10 blue 25 litre containers a couple of years ago, I rarely use them. Before this I bought mine from a caravan shop but paid quite a bit for what they are. Where are you based? I'm in Bristol and would happily lend you some if close enough

Thanks for the offer I’m in Ipswich so miles away, can’t find anything on gumtree or Facebook locally typical the best I have found is £10 each for 20 litres which is way to much need about 6-8 ideally never mind will keep searching

I’m in NR29 - a bit of a journey but I’ve got 6 20ltr barrels outside the unit

Failing that try a couple of car wash places or farmers

Go to your local hand carwash, I donated a £5 for 10 at one of our local ones.

Yes carwash or dishwashing machines, restaurants, private school, rinse out and they are good.
Our local farmers merchants sell them as well.

That works out at about £15 a drum. Thats mental.

If you go Mole Valley Farmers you can get 20 litres of Hypo in a 20 litre drum for £11.00 including V.A.T.

£15 for 1 drum, jeez, some pople!

Ok, £75, I’ve just checked.

Just goes to show, what a rip-off when you can get 6 barrels and 120 litres of hypo for £66.00.
