Title: Pressure Washer Advice Needed
Post by: keith b on April 28, 2004, 03:21:22 am
Hi all,

What is the maximum length of pressure washer hose you can use with a 200 bar/3000+psi machine with a flat surface washer attachment?, as i have a diesel  engine cold water pressure washer that has yet to be mounted in a van or trailer (cos of weight etc) as i was wondering what the pros & cons are of this set up?, especially trying to clean patios in houses that don`t have outside rear or side access!
Any advice is much appreciated!. ???

As a rough guide up to 30M of hose will see you lose negligable performance.

Any more than 30M and performance drops .

Hope this helps.

;D ;D ;D...I regularly use up to 60/80 mts of hose with my steam cleaners and rotary cleaner and don`t see any loss of performance...

Maybe it is down to which hose you use??

I just know that all my hoses are about 1/2 inch thick and work just fine....

Have Fun.... Locko ;) ;)

Make sure your hose is 400bar pressure tested
