I'm gonna change the nozzles as part of my servicing on my gear soon, but not sure whether to put 25 dgree in or 15, was thinking 15 degree would give a deeper clean, maybe better fo block paving but would 25 degree give a more even clean? or bigger area so i could get the job done quicker? or would it not make any difference at all?
Has anyone had any experience at all at the differences?

I have tried allsorts to make the fsc better but in the end found a dodgy valve in the pump - I could'nt really better the original for a best compromise. It does work so much better when I went to 21l/m from the 15l/m

lee i use 02 nozzles. i think they are 15.  what u use? dual pumps recommended them.

i use 025, so it gives a total of 05 with 2, was talking to someone who uses the same as you the other day, he said he also knows the revs back slightly when using them and he wreckons he's been recomended it by a pressure washing company, not sure if it would strain the engine though? I'm running 15 litres too mate

You need to match the pressure and the flowrate but 15 ltr@ 250 bar should be .45 and so when using two would be .25. Here's the chart

yeah i know that mate, currently on 15 degree 025 but I thought yousaid you were running an 02 size nozzle? if so what lpm are you running at?

Who ? I run two .35's as I'm running 21ltrs/min but I run a .55 turbo or smaller depending on the water flow from the tap

and I know about the bore sizes etc bcds, it was the degree side of things i'm asking about mate, what degree do you use? 15? 25? was wondering if anyone had tried the 2 fan patterns and thought that there was any difference?

It makes a little difference in the angle of the spray as they are quite close to the ground BUT the orientation of the nozzle to the spray arm does make a difference. The nozzle effectiveness increases if placed at 90 degrees to the arm but coverage increases if placed in line with the arm. I turn one in line and one at 90 on stubborn drives and walk slower. DS will probably need someone else to explain  :

15 litres a minute, 250 bar. tech clean power tech 250. with 20" whirlaway. i got o2 15 nozzles.

and you find it works better on stubborn, mossy drives if you turn 1 at 90 degrees?

actually I can see how that work better, because the water is hitting the desired part of the surface for longer, sounds good, gonna give it a try

Is that on a whirl as surprised machine is happy with that ?  ! The spray bars are counter balanced (hence cost of replacement) having one at different angles is offsetting the arms causing more pressure on drive.. 
I once had a one jet partially blocked was cleaning like a beast.. but machine was jumping everywhere
