does anyone know a good company for public liability insurance?

try www.insuranceservices.co.uk they are much cheaper than the
nfmwgc . They wanted over £200 and i got it for under £70 for the exact same cover.

I agree.  You've got to 'Google about' and compare prices because they wildly differ.

who has a reasonably priced cover that covers the window they work on??

 Mine is about £90 but doesnt cover the window you work on, which is a common clause for our insurance as window cleaners.
