See, part of what I think your problem is, the website, though it ranks well, is boring and I just didn't want to read it.
This is constructive - I wouldn't want to sell it.
Two searches and it is on page 1.
I will speak to my website company and ask them what it is worth.
It certainly isn't worth a weeks wages but if you want to go from tomorrow to next tuesday - I will give you that for it. Is that a deal?
