i tend to refit carpets after a cowboy has shrunk them. Also sometimes i replace the underlay if a rad leak or washing machine leak has occoured.

re fitting is easy as the carpet has all ready been cut to size, sometimes after a shrink you may need to double up the gripper. i did a 2 day course in Kidderminster 6yrs ago and it was worth it,
