Wouldn't really use for pre treatments. More of a pure water system.

would the lance that you can buy with it reach upper gutters off the floor for pre treatment?

I doubt it.
You'd  probably still need to alter it to attach to an extendable pole to reach gutters from the ground.

Good in the fact that the vessel wouldn't be pressurised . Doesn't give psi of the pump. Only an hour and a half running time so you'd have to keep an eye on the charge level.

The spray would reach but TBH I wouldn't do it like that.

I just fill a Gardiner backpack with chemical and brush which has fan jets.
