Which pump do you recommend for van mounted with controller?

Shurflow are good, get 100 psi,

Always subjective depending on personal experience.  I've found flojet 100 PSI to be more reliable myself.

take a look at window lickers past posts ... think he went vyair route with some higher output pumps than shuflow
